The Museum Island is centrally located in Berlin. You can reach Museum Island from Hackescher Markt in a 10-minute walk, TV Tower in 11 minutes, Alexanderplatz in 14 minutes, Friedrichstraße in 15 minutes. (Distances are approximate.)
If you want to know how to get to Museum Island by train, you can use the S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt. After getting off here, you will reach the island in about 15 minutes.
